Current Monitor Model Name: LG 34WQ73A-B Issue: I want to connect two MacBooks to the same monitor and share the keyboard by attaching it via the USB 3.0 port on the monitor. Everything works as expected over USB-C connected to the first MacBook but the other one is connected over DP and it does not seem to recognize the keyboard.
Audio output not working through HDMI My new M1 Mac Mini running Big Sur 11.1 is connected to two monitors via HDMI (one through the mini's HDMI port, the other through one of the mini's thunderbolt ports). Everything works fine, both audio and video, until the mini goes to sleep.
Tried reinstalling driver, generic. System doesn't detect any other monitor if I try that. There are historical posts that this has long been an issue for Dell laptops and a usb-c connection. Tried same connection on a Dell monitor with same issue. Tried with different XPS 9550 and worked fine, same cable. Does work as it should with Usb-c to HDMI.
