Skimmer is an above surface amount first, great for skimming over water, quicksand, lava, and those places where touching the ground rewards you with lightning strikes. Cantha won't be mount-centric, but I am hopeful a mastery or two will give us some cool things.
To get the third Vision Crystal, you’ll need a glider, or, even better, a Skimmer mount. Go to the blue bridge at the north of Elona Reach, and look to the southeast.
