When the glovebox lightbulb blew last year, the glass of the bulb broke and the clamps holding the bulb in place went loose. When I ran over the pothole, the clamps moved such that they touch each other, causing fuse #77 to blow up repeatedly. The #77 also powers the A/C control unit (a bit unintuitive from BMW's part).

Cold air when the heater is on means one of four things: - Stuck-open thermostat (very common) - Low coolant/ air pockets in heater core (very common, but should work themselves out with some high-revs driving) - Stuck-closed heater valve (moderately common) - Stuck baffles in the vent ductwork (not common at all)

INPA will allow you to see a display of position of EACH of the 8 Flap Motor Positions in real time, and watch them change as Controls are operated. Seven of Eight Flap Motors are SAME, Recirculation Flap Motor is oddball. Your 7 alike should be BMW Part# 64119321034. There is only ONE way a defective radiator can result in lack of cabin heat. One. And that's if the radiator is leaking to a point where there is insufficient coolant in the system. When that happens it results in two things. One is that the engine overheats. The other is that the heater puts out little or no heat.
2nd heating period. After the 1st heating period has expired, each subsequent time the button is pressed will cause the heated rear window to be switched on for a further 30 minutes (defrosting phase). After the 2nd heating period has expired, output is again pulsed.***8221; The power supply fuse is 30 Amps.
