The following is a way to make the camera shift smooth and not rough in Euro Truck Simulator 2. By using the smooth interior camera plug-in, the camera movement inside the cabin or truck interior is no longer rough. Then how do you use the smooth interior camera feature on ETS2? Please read this tutorial to the end.
