2–Fireball. Grants an aerial flame attack while mounted on the skyscale. 3–Wall Spring 2.0. Grants Wall Launch. Upgrades Wall Launch to charge faster and launch farther. 4–Wind Beneath Your Wings. Flying mounts can use updrafts. 5–Combat Launch. Gain the ability to mount your skyscale in combat. It's called the skyscale. There are guides to get it. Try and get an up to date one because it got easier to get earlier this year thanks to a few new achievements that reward you with the materials you need for one of the collection needed to unlock the mount. It's still quite a draining grind to unlock tho.

There's ways around that too, Guild Wars 2 did it by limiting how much the mounts can actually fly and adding no flying (or no mount) zones where they'd still break things, but I know a lot of people really don't like that and find the end result frustrating because unless you can get enough height and space to use tricks to stay airbourne you
You helped Highjump Ranch. Borrow a springer by speaking to it, return stolen carrots, chase off groundhogs, kill harpies and destroy their eggs, and refill water troughs. Help out around Highjump Ranch is a renown heart in Stampede Uplands. Completing it is required to unlock the Springer mount.
In order to get the Skimmer, you’ll need a raptor with Canyon Jump unlocked. Once you reach the area, head south to the Skimmer Ranch. It’s on the coast, west of Vulture Drifts.
